Which country in Latin America has the most hot springs?

Generally, the more volcanoes a country has, the greater number of natural hot springs you are likely to find there. Look at Ecuador, Costa Rica, Guatemala, and Chile as taking the lead. However, other countries can make up for the lack of natural hot springs by creating artificially heated ones, which are common in all countries of Latin America.

Are hot springs in Latin America free for the public?

If the spring is part of a national park, it cannot charge you admission unless the government charges admission to the park in general. The vast majority of hot springs, however, are private infrastructure built around a natural spring, and so the owners of the land do charge admission. However, hot springs admissions, by and large, are not expensive.

How do travelers get to remote hot springs?

Happily, many hot springs are entered from major highways, and so public buses can take you right there. The more isolated springs or those that require a hike can also be reached by arranging for private transport through a transportation hub like AndesTransit.
