Change and Refund Policies
When you are clear on the policy you want to apply, then you can use the form at the bottom of this page to make your request.
Release Date
In the majority of cases, we can send your ticket to you the same day you order it. However, if your trip is at a future date that a transportation company is not yet prepared to print tickets or assign seats, we will notify you of a release date, which is simply the date we anticipate being able to send you your ticket.
You can avoid a release date by placing a reservation order no more than 21 to 30 days before your trip.

- You can change the itinerary before your release date. You do this by first filling out the form below to let us know you are going to make the change, and then proceed to purchase your new itinerary. - You can request a refund before your release date. There is a standard pre-release retention fee of 7% of the price paid to cover transaction servicing.
Changes without or after a release date
- No changes are permitted if the ticket is sent to you the same day you order, or after your release date. These unpermitted changes include date of travel, passenger information, itinerary, or refund). The ticket is in force at that point and cannot be revoked.
- Exceptions may apply if you have different refund policies stated in your email to which your ticket is attached. This frequently happens when bus companies update their policies during promotional sales periods or operating inside certain travel networks that extend flexible transaction protocols.

Policies for Private Shuttles and Airport Transfers
Changes for secured reservations
- 48 hours advance notice required before your travel date if you want to change the travel date. No date changes permitted less than 48 hours before your travel date. However, adjusting the time of departure is negotiable, as long as the driver has no other commitments outside your original time frame.
- 72 hours advance notice required before your travel date if you want to change passenger information. No passenger information changes permitted less than 72 hours before your travel date. However, if you are amenable to postponing your travel date a day or two so that the passenger manifest can be redone and supplied to the transit authority, we can update your passenger information in that case.
- For international private shuttles, we are sorry, but no changes to an existing reservation are allowed as once a reservation is sent to you it becomes a legal document outside of our possession to control or revoke.
Refunds for private shuttles
- If requested 20 days (480 hours) or more before your trip date, we can grant you a refund minus a 7% retention fee.

- If requested 2-9 days before your trip date, we can grant you a refund minus a 25% retention fee.
- No refunds can be granted less than two days (48 hours) before your travel date. No exceptions.
- For international shuttles, no refunds are permitted under any condition after the reservation is made. The reservation is considered a valid travel exit document in your possession that we have no power to repossess or revoke, even in cases of force majeure.
Policies for Tours
Each tour has unique change and cancellation policies, which are outlined in the tour description page, and duplicated in your email confirmation of the tour reservation.
If you don’t see a policy in those places, then the tour policies follow the same provisions as the above mentioned policies for Private Shuttles and Airport Transfers.
