    The idyllic Guna Yala Islands, formerly known as the San Blas Islands, are just two hours from Panama City. Learn about the Guna people’s magic, their rich culture, history, and customs, and experience some of Panama’s best beaches with their white sands and clear waters.

    The Day Tour to San Blas Islands is a package that includes first a car trip from Panama City to Carti (4wd SUV, as the roads are not all paved), and then a boat trip from Carti to Isla Perro Grande.

    On the way, you will take in the stunning scenery of the San Blas mountain range and its diverse flora and animals. Animals, including jaguars, pumas, toucans, sloths, deer, and more can be found in these mountain ranges.

    On the Caribbean side of the trip (just 3.5 hours from Panama City), you will admire the contrast to the city in the indigenous towns where the Guna People dwell and several idyllic islands you will see by boat. If we’re lucky, you might get a glimpse of dolphins in their natural habitat or rays jumping, but we can always count on seeing lots of fish and starfish.

    Included is round-trip transportation from Panama City all the way to the Isla Perro Grande, a fish lunch, and English-speaking guides.

    Not included are water or soft drinks,  entrance fee to the Guna Yala territory ($20 USD), snorkeling equipment, or gratuities.

    Activities you can enjoy are snorkeling, or volleyball on the beach.

    80% refund for cancellations up to 5 days before the tour.
    50% refund for cancellations up to 2-4 days before the tour.
    No refunds if cancelled less than 48 hours (2 days) before the tour.
